Every year, I take a small road trip to help some of my friends put on a convention for about 2,500 people. The amount of details my friend has to look into is amazing, from scheduling people to perform at the convention to setting up the facility and everything imaginable in between. If you try to double book an event, the program will give you a warning of the problem so it can be avoided. This will eliminate the need for embarrassing phone calls to correct the booking errors made by your company.
